  • Employees can submit or cancel leave requests using the leave software, from the mobile app on iOS or Android or from the employee eportal. Employees can also view the approval status from the request history and calendar in the mobile app.
  • Employees can attach files in multiple formats (.pdf, .jpg etc.) against each leave request.
  • Managers receive mobile push notifications when employee leave requests are submitted. Employees are notified when leave requests are either approved or rejected by managers.
  • Approval workflows can be setup with Level 1 and Level 2 managers. You can choose to have a leave request approved by ALL managers or ANY manager at each level.

  • Admins can manage all leave requests centrally in the leave software with the option to reject or approve requests when managers are unavailable. The admins can also submit requests on behalf of the employees.
  • Employees can generate reports to view personal leave balances while managers can view leave balance reports for their subordinates using the leave software.
