Leave Policies For All Business Types
- Use the leave software to setup employee leave types such as annual vacation, sick leave, emergency leave, maternity leave and more and configure the settings based on your company leave policy.
- Setup paid or unpaid leaves with open or fixed allowances. Fixed allowance days can also be configured as step-wise based on the years of service.
- Setup leaves based on gender (male or female)
- Setup rules to carry forward the leave balances to the following year. A limit can also be set for the number of days to be carried forward. Carry forward days can be forfeited on a specific date in the following year.
- Setup rules allowing employees to request for leave by hour, half day or full day.
- Setup rules allowing employees to request for a leave after joining or after completion of probation.
